Doesn't taste delicious, mayonnaise tasted sour, not topped with love. Not to be recommended.

I prefer MC Donalds ?

With several orders something is missing or was wrongly delivered .. Just ordered something today and something is missing in the delivery, I've been trying to call there for 20 minutes but nobody answers.

Already ordered several times on site and online, the food was always delicious and the staff very friendly.

As already written for the other chain, the photo on the brochure and the burger on the plate, they are worlds. But you can't ask for more for three euros. Okay three stars

Restaurant itself good. Delivery service unfortunately disastrous. You really have to order 3 hours in advance and even then expect a 30-minute delay. Too bad.

The woman at the counter had no mask at all, and all the other employees had pulled them down to under their noses, sometimes under their chin. When I was asked whether I still have to fill out something, I first got a no and then a questionnaire. The food was okay but had a very stale aftertaste for me. I find it completely irresponsible to behave in a company with this high number of customers and thus contacts. Collective failure to protect against infection.

Everything great! Food was ready quickly and still hot. Staff was very friendly!

Ordered online, unfortunately it took a little longer for the delivery (hour over time), but the friendliness of the suppliers and the nice phone call from the employee made up for it. . As always, the food was great.

Staff: Absolutely friendly, quick and helpful. Implementation of the mask requirement: There were various people there who didn't give up. Nothing was said about it by the staff. Distances? In no way. But basically you can recommend the BK.

As always, it tastes delicious. Only the waiting time is sometimes really exhausting. Unfortunately, the competition from McDonalds is already a step further in terms of organization.

Nice and clean place !

Inflexible staff? order column not so easy to recognize when you drive in and do not know the location. If you wanted to order directly at the window, you should definitely do another lap with your caravan. Service desert in East Germany. Are hungry for competition ?

Very, very strange .... with this ordering process .... 10 people stood around with their cell phones ... 4 played around on the order machines we stood at the counter and waited 15 minutes and the wait staff were overwhelmed and far too few ... Yes, and then you wonder why they are not in a good mood and seem impolite ... We are out then the drive in was empty and we had our meal in 5 minutes Thank you for your honest and understandable answer .... But the worst thing is that many people feel like this ... Had ordered a dinner meal through Lieferando from Burger King! There were two items (2 donuts) missing! Did not expect this unprofessional behaviour! Lieferservice also takes very long to come.

So I'm currently extremely disappointed with you! Not only did I receive my order lukewarm 15 minutes ago, no !!! Half of the order is still missing and I have paid the entire amount for it! ? So my trust is gone. I've already called and told the staff about it. Let's see what comes out of it. But somehow it sounded as if I had already eaten it and now wanted something twice, at your expense .... Words fail me .... Oh ohhhhhh

Super nice staff here. I have my bad day. The day was too much for me and I decided to get something to eat at the Burger King. The employee makes me really happy, he is just very nice to me. Thank you for saving my day. If he reads my comment, he just wants to say to him "keep going and you will definitely go no matter where you work"

Amazing.tasty food

I have had good experiences with the branch so far, but this evening I had to find this packaging part in a burger. The part is almost 5 cm long and very sharp-edged. Something like that doesn't belong in food! That must not happen, especially not with the size!
